高校扩招后大学生参加课外体育活动现状调查与分析

采用问卷与访谈相结合的研究方法，对高校“扩招”后大学生参加课外体育活动现状进行调查。结果发现，多数的大学生对体育活动抱有兴趣，健身、调节心理与娱乐是大学生参加课外体育活动的主要价值取向，场地器材严重短缺是学生参加深外体育活动的主要障碍，并提出大力加强学校体育设施建设，体育教学应加大实用性、趣味性的多样化教材内容，从而达到对学生终身体育的教育目的。

Investigation and Analysis of the Current Situation of Sport Activities Off-class After College Recruiting Expansion

In this paper the current situation of the sports activities off-class after college recruiting expansion is investigated through questionnaire and visiting exports. The result demonstrates that most students are very interesting in sport activities, and they believe that sport activities will make them healthy happy and adjust the psychology, but the lack of the sport field and apparatus is the major barrel, which hinders the students to take part in the sport activities. Therefore, the authors advised that the college should increase the investment on the sport construction, and enlarge the practical and interesting content about physical teaching.
