世界男子单杠项目成套动作编排特征研究

文章采用文献资料法、录像观察法、数据分析法、综合分析法,对伦敦奥运周期第41、42、43以及第30届伦敦奥运会的体操男子单杠项目决赛的前8名优秀运动员完成成套动作的总体加分情况、成套动作的单个难度动作的使用情况以及成套动作完成E分的质量特征进行分析,得出：⑴新规则的变化对单杠的编排也产生了很深的影响,在新规则的导向下单杠项目不仅向着更加难美、惊险性的方向发展,而且对成套动作艺术性有了更高的要求;⑵成套动作单个难度动作使用＂中穿类、掏类＂的难度动作编排减少,飞行动作的编排逐渐增多趋势;而下法动作仍然以＂直体后空翻两周720°旋下＂为主流,对下法动作的编排将以稳定性为原则;⑶成套动作的总体加分以＂D＋D、D＋E、E＋D;D＋D＋E、F＋D＋F＂甚至＂D＋D＋D＋D＂的4连接为主要的加分特征,且成套动作的加分编排主要以3串、4串的杠上动作与飞行、飞行加飞行的连接为主要特征;⑷成套动作完成E分的质量还有瑕疵,有待加强。

Study on Characteristics of Movements of World Men＇s Horizontal Bar Project
