| 摘 要： | 21世纪是知识经济时代，而其核心竞争力是人力资源的开发利用，人力资源的开发与利用是推动我国综合国力全面发展的巨大动力。以人为本，以人的发展为中心，提高人的综合素质，开发适应新世纪的人力资源已成为世界历史的潮流。体育是培养和发展人力资源综合素质的一种重要手段，也是人力资源全面发展的重要因素。

Today, human resource is regarded as the core element of development by people of all over the world. Physical Exercise Course is a means to motivate and develop human resource, but college physical exercise course is not the end of physical exercise education. |
