摘    要:肌肉用力感觉对双杠技术动作掌握起着举足轻重的作用。本文对肌肉用力感觉的形成机理和训练方法进行了分析探讨,并对直接帮助法、间接帮助法、分解法、辅助练习法和语言提示法等练习方法的原理进行了阐述,以期对体操双杠教学和训练提供理论帮助。

Abstract:The muscle makes an effort the felling to control to rise to the parallel bars technique prominent function.This paper makes an effort formation mechanism and the training methods of felling to carry on the analytical study to the muscle.It analyzed the direct help method,the indirect help method and resolves the method and lends support to paractice the method and languages to hhint the method etc.The practice principle of method was carried out to elaborate and to provide the theories to help the gymnastics parallel bans teaching and training.
