| 摘 要： | 运用文献调研、问卷调查、数理统计等方法，分析了山东省城市老年居民休闲体育的现状，并以正视老龄化社会影响，倡导“健康老龄化”生活方式和重视老年体育研究，加强政府体育公共服务职能为背景，提出了发展老年体育的若干对策与建议。

| Abstract: | With the methods of documental investigation,interview,questionnaire and mathematical statistic,it analyzed with the leisure sport status quo about elderly residents of Shandong province.And to face the aging society and strengthen public service function of the government as the background,it put forward some advice and countermeasures regarding the development of city leisure sports of the elderly. |
