健身气功·八段锦对女大学生心理健康影响的实验研究

摘    要:文章运用实验法、调查问卷法以及数据统计等研究方法,对健身气功八段锦女大学生锻炼者的心理健康状态进行统计分析,结果显示,锻炼者锻炼前后的心理健康水平有明显改善,主要表现在:降低了女大学生抑郁、紧张和愤怒、疲劳水平,增强了其精力和自尊感,使其情绪状态得到了明显的改善,在强迫、人际关系敏感、焦虑、敌对等方面也得到了明显改善。研究结果说明,健身气功八段锦锻炼对女大学生的心理健康改善方面有一定的功效,可为健身气功八段锦在高校的推广和教学提供科学依据。

Abstract:This paper, with the methods of experiment, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, studies the Mental Health of female university Students with Health Qigong - Baduanjin.The result indicates that the Health Qigong - Baduanjin can improve the mental health level substantially.Its effects are basically showed in: depression,fatigue,anger, tension,compulsion being decreased significantly,energy, self respect being increased apparendy.And their emotional state is improved obviously. The study suggests that Baduanjin has a good effect on the mental health for female university Students and the study can offer a scientific support for Baduanjin promotion and teaching in colleges and universities.
