| 摘 要： | 陕西历史悠久，周、秦、汉、唐等十多个朝代或重要政权先后在这里建都，文化遗存颇多，民族传统体育更是源远流长，文章通过对地理、历史、文化、气候截然不同的陕北、关中、陕南三大地区进行民族传统体育资源的区域特点分析，揭示了陕西深厚的民族传统体育文化内涵和极具特色的地域文化现象。

| Abstract: | More than 10 important regimes, such as Zhou, Qin, Han and Tang dynasties, successively established their capitals in Shaanxi, so it has a long history, a lot of cultural relics, and its nation＇traditional sports also has a long history. From the different aspects of geography, history, culture, climate in the northern part of Shaanxi, Guanzhong area and the part of south, the paper analyzes the regional characteristic of the traditional national sports resources in the three area and tries to reveal the deep connotation of Shaanxi national traditional sports and their special regional cultural phenomena. |
