| 摘 要： | 武术是中华民族的文化遗产，蕴含了人类文明的光辉。中国武术植根于中华传统文化，具有天人合一、对立统一的理念。法治是文明的象征，社会主义法治理念同样追求和谐和统一。武术和法治理念的相通性决定了从武治到法治的转变，这种转变是历史的必然，是人类文明前进的体现。现代法治下的武术在法律的保护下取得了新生，不论在知识产权保护还是武术事业发展方面，法治都发挥了巨大的作用。
