On the Integration and Interaction Development of Fitness Activities and Traditional Sports of Ethnic Minority in Xinjiang

Using documents and data,comprehensive analysis methods,from the traditional sports of ethnic minorities in Xinjiang in the national fitness activities,the paper does the study from the four aspects: the role of the traditional sports of ethnic minorities in Xinjiang for the development of national fitness,the promotion role of the national fitness program on the traditional sports of ethnic minorities in Xinjiang,the feasibility of the interactive development of traditional sports of ethnic minorities in Xinjiang and the National Fitness and the countermeasures.A comprehensive review and exploration of the fitness activities and traditional sports of ethnic minorities among the mutual promotion and coordinated relationship between the traditional sports of ethnic minorities in Xinjiang aims at better integration of public health activities,to provide a theoretical basis,thus promoting the traditional sports of ethnic minorities in Xinjiang and the national fitness campaign for better integration and development.
