论传统师徒关系在现代武术教育中的延续与嬗变

传统武术以“师徒制”进行技艺传承从而形成一种近似血缘的师徒关系，这种教育方式哺育出了博大精深中华武术，但是在现代武术教育中传统的师徒关系开始分化。文章运用文献资料的研究方法，论述了师徒关系在现代武术教育中发生的变化。认为师徒关系是进行武术传承的中国特色传统文化，也是保证武术以系统化传承，高水平发展不可或缺的手段；传统师徒关系要在文化机制转换的基础上发挥其时代功能。

On the Evolution of Traditional Master System in Modern Wushu Education

The traditional Wushu form a similar blood relationship for heritage skills according to ＂master system＂. This education nurtured a profound Chinese Wushu. But the traditional relationship between master and apprentice has begun to divide in the modem Wushu education. This article discusses relationship changes between master and apprentice in the modem Wushu education with the method of literature, and argues that the relationship is the inheritance of traditional culture with Chinese characteristics, and ensures the systematic transmission, an indispensable means of high-level development.The traditional relationship between teacher and student is based on the function of its age in the cultural mechanisms.
