吉林省武术项目社会体育指导员发展现状与对策研究

文章运用文献综述法、逻辑分析法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法,对吉林省武术项目社会体育指导员的发展现状进行调查研究。结果显示：武术社会体育指导员性别结构多以男性为主、年龄结构较为年青、整体学历层次较低、从业年限较短。培养方式过于单一、知识储备和更新不足是影响武术社会体育指导员发展的主要因素;建议今后应加大武术项目社会体育指导员的培训力度,完善人员结构的不均衡性,加强对武术社会体育指导员的认证,从而提升武术项目社会体育指导员的职业意识,更好的为身边百姓进行科学化、常态化的指导。

The Present Situation and the Countermeasures of Wushu Social Instructors Development in Jilin Province

With the methods of literature review, logical analysis, questionnaire investigation, expert interview, the paper studies the Wushu social instructors current situations in Jilin province. The results show that： Wushu social instructors team has a predominantly male gender structure, age structure is relatively young, overall lower education level, age is shorter. Single cultivating way, insufficient knowledge reserves and update are the main factors affecting the development of wushu social instructors; the study suggests in the future to increase the intensity of the instructor of social wushu training, improve the staff structure imbalance, strengthen the certification of social sports instructors, so as to promote wushu professional awareness of the social instructors, better for the people around the guidance of the scientific and normalized social instructions.
