摘    要:传统武术在向竞技化武术转型的过程中,长期性、高强度、大负荷单调的演练给武术形体技术上带来提高的同时,运动性心理疲劳亦日益突显。文章通过文献资料研究法,阐述武术套路运动员运动性心理疲劳出现的必然性,从传统文化角度出发,结合东西方实证研究,提出"禅悟"即冥想训练对恢复武术套路运动员运动性心理疲劳是可行的,是一种简单可操作的心理恢复训练。

Abstract:In the reforming process of the traditional martial arts approaching athletics Wushu.Long term,high strength,big loading,monotonous training bring the enhancement for the Wushu physique technology,at the same time,mobile psychological fatigue also reveals day by day.Through the literature material method,this article elaborated the inevitability that Wushu routine athletes appear the mobile psychological fatigue.Embarking from the traditional culture perspective,combined with the East and West real diagnosis research,the paper Proposed "the awarness" namely the meditation training to restore mobile psychological fatigue for Wushu routine athletes is feasible,is also one of the simple operational psychology restore training methods.
