浅析培养大学生习武兴趣的方法

文章采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、调查分析法等研究方法,对培养大学生习武兴趣的方法进行了研究,涉及的主要内容有武术运动自身的特征、高校武术教学的现状、大学生学习武术的兴趣等方面,结果表明：高校武术教学必须从武术自身的特征出发,用武术自身的特点、优势来吸引学生学习武术;必须从教师自身出发,做好表率来引导学生学习武术;贯彻＂以人为本＂与＂以学生为中心＂的教学理念,从教学内容、方法出发来培养大学生习武兴趣;营造良好的武术文化环境和竞争的气氛来培养大学生习武兴趣。

On the Ways of Developing College Students' Interest of Studying Wushu

With the methods of literature, expert interview and investigation, the papper studies the ways of improving college student＇s interest of studying Wushu. The content of the study includes the characteristics of Wushu, college Wushu teaching conditions, college student＇s interst of learning Wushu. The result shows that college Wushu teaching needs to start from the characteristics of Wushu, and needs to use the features and advantages of Wushu to attract students, and needs to start from the point of teachers to show students how to learn Wushu, and tries to carry out the rule of man-centered and student-centered teaching concept and from teaching content and teaching ways to develop students＇ interest, and tries to form a better atmosphere to study and compete Wushu, then improve students＇ study interest.
