| 摘 要： | 文章运用文献资料、问卷调查和访谈等研究方法,对新疆少数民族地区高职院校运动队课余体育训练的现状以及影响因素进行了研究,并在此基础上探讨了新疆高职院校课余体育发展的建议,目的是为更好地开展新疆高职院校课余训练队的训练工作,提高运动水平,使高职院校运动队的组织管理和训练步入正轨,为新疆高职院校健康发展提供理论依据和帮助。

| Abstract: | Through the methods of literature study, questionnaire surveys and interviews, the paper has investigation and study on the present situation of Vocational College after-class PE training in xinjiang minority regions as well as its influencing factors, and based on this, of the Xinjiang Vocational College after-class sports development proposal is for the purpose of better Vocational College in Xinjiang after-class training team training, improving the level of Vocational College sports teams in the organization and management and training on the right track,and provides some comments and advice for it. |
