| 摘 要： | 文章通过对常州地区11所高校550名在校大学生的调查,对大学生的健身意识、参加体育活动的动机、活动的方式、活动的组织、体育消费情况及与学生健身有关的体育设施建设进行分析,为保证大学生在校期间能够养成终身体育锻炼的习惯提出观点和对策。
