| 摘 要： | 民族传统体育作为民族传统文化的一个组成部分,构建和谐社会对其自身的发展既是一种机遇,也是一种挑战。如何使中华民族传统体育在现代社会中得以继承和发扬,并将其融入到世界体育文化之中,使其适应现代社会发展的要求,提升民族传统体育在世界体育中的地位,促进民族传统体育的现代化,是维持现代体育生态的多样性与统一性的关键。
