摘    要:瑜伽是一种特别的健身运动,在运动过程中存在着明显的生理和心理的交互影响作用。文章通过综述国内外有关瑜伽健心方面的研究,从古代瑜伽的起源、瑜伽的生理基础和瑜伽的特点阐述瑜伽的健心机制和特征,证明瑜伽确实是身心兼修的一项运动。

Abstract:Yoga is a special fitness exercise. There exists an obvious interactive impact of physical and psychological health. By overview of domestic and foreign aspects of psychological effect in Yoga, the paper describes the mechanism and characteristics of psychological effect in the aspects of the origins, the physiological basis and the characteristics of Yoga. It proves that Yoga is indeed a good movement and it has the benefits for physical and mental health.
