对散打运动员意志品质的分析

文章采用专家访谈、问卷调查、心理测验等研究方法,就散打运动员的心理素质之意志品质进行了测验分析(SEM),并与国内有关成果进行研究比较,旨在对散打运动员的意志品质进行更深层次的科学研究,为散打运动员的心理素质训练提供更多的参考依据。研究表明:散打运动员的意志品质模型可以由乐观性、执着性、积极性、智断性这四个方面心理因素构成,据此编制的量表具有较好的信度和结构效度。

An Analysis of Willpower in Sanda Player's Psychological Quality

An analysis of willpower in Sanda player's psychological quality is carried out through expert interview, questionnaire, psychological test and so on, which makes a sharp contrast with the related achievements at home. This paper aims at further analyzing the willpower of Sanda player and supplying more scientific reference for player's psychological quality in Sanda training. It shows that the psychological quality model of Sanda player's is composed of four psychological factors such as optimism, rigidity, activism and rationalism. The scale based on the above research has good reliability and structural efficiency.
