阳光体育大课间活动开展现状的调查与分析

文章运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、逻辑分析法、数理统计法等研究方法,对许昌市中学生参加大课间活动的兴趣、动机、时间、项目以及影响学生参加活动的因素的现状进行了调查与分析,并结合现状对许昌市阳光体育大课间活动开展的影响因素提出简单建议,以期为在阳光体育运动指导下适合中学学校特色的、积极向上、行之有效的大课间体育活动,健康有效的发展和实施提供参考,促进阳光体育运动的有效实现。

Investigation and Analysis of Present Situation of Sunshine Sports Big Break Activities

This paper,with the methods of literature,questionnaire,logical analysis,statistics and other methods,does the survey of Xuchang City,about its middle school students＇ participating interest,motivation,time,projects and activities in big break activities and the factors that influence students to participate in the big break sport activities,and combining with the sun sports status quo,the study offers simple advice to promote the better development of Sunshine Sports,for the healthy and effective development of big break sport activities under the guidance of Sunshine Sports and fit to secondary school characteristics,and give some references.
