太极拳类传统养生体育项目对大学生身心调节作用的研究

摘    要:本研究对高校开展太极拳、练功十八法、八段锦等传统养生体育项目的锻炼效果进行了调查分析,研究结果表明:这些绵缓运动可以有效增强大学生的身体机能和素质,并能促进中枢神经系统的调节能力,起到健脑、益智的作用,对缓解大学生因学业、就业等情况造成的焦虑等不良情绪有积极作用。建议在高校体育课程中大力开展、普及和推广太极拳等传统养生体育课程。

Abstract:The research is to test and analyze the effect of students practicing Taijiquan, Baduanjin, Eighting ways of Exercising and other sports of traditonal healthkeeping sports, and the result of the study shows:suck kind of slow actional exercises can improve students body functions and quality, can improve the adjusting ability of nerve system to the effect of keeping brain health and improve intelligence, can relaxe student press and worries from daily study and searching job. The paper suggest that college P.E. courses should spread Taijiquan and other kinds of traditonal health-keeping sports.
