| 摘 要： | 文章采用张力为编制的《赛前情绪量表-T》（PES-T-16×4）量表，对39名（男运动员32名，女运动员5名）散手道运动员进行了调查研究。结果表明：武术散手道运动员的赛前情绪与其比赛成绩有很大的相关性，在比赛中获得一等奖的散手道运动员赛前情绪处在适宜的水平。

| Abstract: | Applying PES-T-16×4 by Zhan Liwei, this article investigated and analyzed pre-competition emotion states of 39 Sanshou athletes （male 32, female 5） who participating in international Wushu contests. The results showed there was an significant correlation between pre-competition emotion states and the results of Sanshou athletes, and the pre-competition emotion states of Sanshou athletes who won the first prize lied in a moderate level. |
