浅谈中小学开展跆拳道运动的意义

随着现代社会的快速发展,跆拳道这一新兴的运动项目及健身方式备受广大青少年的喜爱,有效推动了跆拳道运动在中国的发展。跆拳道兴趣班的教学以品势、腿法等传统跆拳道内容进行开展,较好的吸引了小学生的参与。文章通过对北京西城区小学生参加跆拳道兴趣班的现状调查及对策研究分析,对开展中存在的问题进行研究,并提出改进的建议,可以为跆拳道兴趣班的发展提供必要的参考。本研究主要运用问卷调查法、文献资料法、数据统计法对所收集到的资料进行分析比较、归纳整理,以便为跆拳道兴趣班的教学和训练打开思路,从而达到促进跆拳道兴趣班发展的目的。

On the Significance of Developing Taekwondo in Primary and Secondary Schools

With the rapid development of modern society, Taekwondo is popular with pupils and students in schools,which greatly promoted the development of Taekwondo in China. The interest class of Taekwondo for children does the teaching mainly including leg skills and motions of Taekwondo, which draws pupils participation. The paper through the survey of situations of pupils Taekwondo teaching in Xicheng area schools of Beijing, does the analysis of the developing problems and the countermeasures, to find some references for the interest class of Taekwondo. The study uses the methods of literature, statistics and comparison to find the better ways of Taekwondo class teaching and training, so as to promote the development of Taekwondo classes.
