散打技术研究进展述评

文章采用文献资料法,针对我国散打技术的研究现状,以及规则的改变对散打技术发展影响走向,通过对散打总体发展趋势的把握,指出我国散打技术发展的道路,以及存在的不足,目的是在新的规则下不断完善散打技术的特色,不断提升散打的影响力,使其不断向前发展.研究结果主要有:(1)散打总体技术研究成果突出,为以后的研究在宏观上提供了参考.但是,研究方法较为单一.(2)散打具体技术研究方面,有“重腿法,轻拳法”的现象.大量的研究文献集中在腿法的研究上,而又关拳法研究的文献却相对较少.(3)腿法研究方面,关于“鞭腿,侧踹腿”的研究较多,而其他相对具有观赏性的腿法,如下劈腿、转身后摆腿等研究则较少

Review of Sanda Technology Researches

With the method of literature,aiming at the current situations of Chinese Sanda and the changes of Sanda rules influencing the development of Sanda technology,the paper does a full analysis on the whole development tendency of Sanda,finds its future developing ways and the existing problems,tries to perfect Sanda technique to fit the requirement of the new rules.The study finds:(1)the research achievements are great,are full references for the future study of Sanda,but research methods are not multiply;(2)the researches on Sanda techinology pay more attention on leg skills,less on fists skills;(3)on leg skill researches,there are more on whip legs and side-kick legs,less on other legs.
