文章通过对开展阳关体育运动背景、目标及内涵的认识,探讨在阳光体育运动背景下切实开展学校体育工作的思路和措施,提出新时期学校体育工作应当树立"健康第一、达标争优、强健体魄"的理念;建立健全学校体育工作决策、保障和考核机制;以《国家学生体质健康标准》的实施为行动主线;大力开展教育科研活动和实践活动,提高教师综合素质;建立和落实中小学生学校、家庭和社会联动和大学生课内外一体化反馈机制,确保学生体育锻炼每天不断线。

Consideration of School Physical Education under the Background of Implementing"The Sunny Sports"

By studying the background,aim and its connotation of implementing "The Sunny Sports",the paper probes the ways and measures of developing school P.E.under the background of implementing "The Sunny Sports",and arrives at the following conclusion:in nowadays,school P.E.should set up the aim of healt first,meeting the standards of students health,building students' bodies;setting up and improve the system of school P.E.decision-making,guarantee and evaluation mechanism;forming the mainline of carrying out the National Student Fitness Standard;encouraging the research and application activities,and improving teachers quality;forming the mechanism of primary and middle schools and student's family and society co-acting,college students feedback mechanism of internal and external class integration,to ensure students' continual body exercise everyday.
