| 摘 要： | 文章根据散手竞赛的特点,采用文献资料、专家访谈、问卷调查等方法,就影响散手裁判员执法的诸多因素进行调查、分析和研究。结果显示:影响散手裁判员执法能力的是职业道德水平、对规则的掌握程度、执法经验、社会关系等15项主要因素。文章建议健全散手裁判员的管理体系,提高裁判员的业务能力和职业道德水平,完善竞赛法规。

| Abstract: | According to the characteristics of sanda contest, the paper Analyses the elements of influncing the rules enforcement of sanda referees by consulting documents, interviewing experts and distributing questionnaires etc. The results show that there are fifteen factors which influence sanda referee's ability of the rule enforcement,such as occupation moral level, the rule of control degree, experience of the rule enforcement and the society relation ,etc.The suggestion are perfecting the management system of sanda referee, improving referee ability and morals levels, and perfecting contest laws. |
