常州市中学阳光体育运动开展现状的调查与分析

采用调查法对常州市初级中学就大课间活动和课外体育活动进行了调查。结果表明：多数学校都制定了相关的政策和宣传工作,有利于阳光体育运动的开展;大课间活动主要采取做操和跑步,形式单一,课外体育活动的内容较为丰富;影响大课间活动和课外体育活动的因素是场地和体育设施,学生的学习负担重严重影响到学生的锻炼参与程度。

Investigation and Analysis on Status of Sunshine Sports in Middle Schools in Changzhou City

With the methods of survey,the paper does the study on sport activities in middle schools of Changzhou,and finds out that most schools have relevant policies and media spread for sunshine sports;the main activities of class breaks are doing aerobics and running,but with richful forms of after-class sport activities;the main influencing factors include field and sport equipment,students study load will great influence their participation of sport.
