岳家拳特点研究

文章通过对在黄梅、广济一带流传的岳家拳进行考察,归纳出岳家拳的八个特点。具体而言为：其一,化繁为简,易学易成;其二,源于实战,服务于实战;其三,重身形灵活,重步法稳健;其四,虚实结合,虚实不定;其五,后紧前松,进速退稳;其六,六合归一,以气催力;其七,单兵作战胜在势,两军对垒强在形;其八,弘扬忠义,注重武德。岳家拳所具有的特点使岳家拳在中国武术史上具有特殊的地位。这种特殊地位使得岳家拳的传承者以继承和发扬光大岳家拳为荣。在弘扬民族优秀文化传统的今天,应充分利用这些传承者所具备的优势,使这一优秀拳种有更广阔驰骋的天地。
