| 摘 要： | 文章采用文献资料法和逻辑推理等方法,对中小学开展散打教学的意义、优势及措施进行了分析与探讨。提出中小学开展散打教学,不仅可以加强武术教育在弘扬民族精神方面的作用,促进散打普及,提高散打的影响力,还将改善目前中小学武术教学的困境,弥补武术套路教学的不足。在推进中小学散打教学过程中,其教材创编必须重视文化性、安全性和趣味性;其次要建立中小学散打师资培训基地,合理设置体育专业体育院校武术教学内容;创新适合中小学散打教学的方法与手段,预防其与散打训练模式混同。
