| 摘 要： | 厚重的文化底蕴是武术区别于其它体育项目的重要特点之一，武术的发展需要人们的文化认同和文化自觉。缺乏武术文化氛围，武术教育价值功能没有得到充分体现，在很大程度上影响着武术的发展。发展武术应立足于武术的文化基础和优势，加强武术文化的研究、宣传和教育，把武术文化教育融入到习武者的日常生活中，武术文化教育应以中小学生为切入点。

| Abstract: | Rich cultural implication is one of the important characteristic that Wushu differentiates it from other sports items. Wushu development needs people＇s cultural acception and consciousness. Cultural atmosphere and value function insufficiency greatly affected Wushu development. Wushu development should be based on its cultural foundation and advantages to strengthen Wushu research, Wushu publicity and Wushu education, to melt Wushu cultural education into people＇s daily life, with primary and secondary school students as the breakthrough to develop Wushu. |
