中小学武术师资培养研究的文献综述

文章运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对武术师资培养研究进行梳理,分析出现阶段中小学武术发展所出现的问题以及高等院校在培养武术师资发现的问题等,认为培养中小学武术教育发展的全面复合型人才非常关键.以期探讨出为培养中小学武术师资的对策,为武术师资的培养贡献微薄之力.

Summery of Primary and Secondary School Teachers Cultivation Studies

By using documentary hterature, logical analysis method ,this essay collects the study on the education of Wushu and analyses the problems occured in the basic early stage of development of Wushu in primary and middle school students and in the education of college school normal students of Wushu. The essay suggests that it is crucial to educate well-rounded individuals out of primary and middle schools＇ students. We hope that we can find methods to cultivate primary and middle schools Wushu and contribute more or less to the education of Wushu teachers for primary and secondary schools.
