| Abstract: | With the development of Xingyiquan, the pattern of Xingyiquan has formed its own characteristics, such as imitating animals' movements, integrating internal force with external shape, putting center of gravity on one leg just like tigers, making the body contracted and gestures lowered, turning one side and shoulder, using proper gestures and strength. The skill of Xingyiquan has characteristics of being able to defend and attack at the same time, fighting quickly and attacking fiercely,acting vigorously. All of these make Xingyiquan different from Xinyiquan and other martial arts, becoming a unique school among Chinese Wushus. |
