| 摘 要： | 大众冰雪运动的发展水平是一个国家竞技冰雪运动项目发展的基础。通过对我国与加拿大大众冰雪运动的发展进行对比研究,表明我国大众冰雪运动发展存在着冰雪体育人口稀少、条件设施不足、管理体制不健全、社会公共服务较差等诸多问题;提出了树立以人为本的大众体育观念、培养冰雪体育人口、转变政府职能,加强社会体育组织建设、营造冰雪体育文化等促进我国大众冰雪运动发展的策略。

| Abstract: | The development of Chinese mass ice-snow sports is a base of promoting the strength of competitive ice-snow sports.By comparing Chinese and Canadian development,the paper finds out many problems in the development of Chinese mass ice-snow sports such as sparse population,lacking facilities,unfit management system and poor public service.It suggests some countermeasures to establish the mass sports idea of human ultimacy,develop the population of ice-snow sports,transform the governmental function,reinforce ... |
