摘    要:在我国加入WTO后,国外冰雪体育用品品牌的介入,使我国冰雪体育用品市场竞争日趋激烈,如何尽快提升我国冰雪体育用品企业的市场竞争力,发展本土冰雪体育用品产业成为一个亟待解决的问题。究其根本问题就是我国冰雪体育用品企业普遍缺乏核心竞争力。培育其核心竞争力的基本途径在于制定高瞻远瞩的企业发展战略;大力发展核心技术,积极培养企业创新;构建科学合理的组织管理结构;挖掘自身优势,实施“专而精”的策略;注重培养企业文化。

Abstract:After China being a participant of WTO,the inburst of overseas ice-snow sports things causes gradually aboil competition in the market of Chinese ice-snow sports things.How to heighten the Chinese corporations' competitive power of ice-snow sports things as soon as possible and develop the home industries of ice-snow sports things is an exigent problem which is caused by the Chinese corporations' weak core competitive power of ice-snow sports things.The article suggests some basic approaches for developing the core competitive power: establish a foresighted development strategy,reinforce the core technology,encourage the innovation,upbuild the scientific management framework,make use of the advantage,implement the strategy of intensive specialization,pay attention to develop the corporation culture.
