我国单板U型场地滑雪教练员队伍现状调查及发展对策

采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法和逻辑分析法等方法,对我国单板U型场地滑雪项目教练员队伍现状进行了调查,对发展过程中存在的问题进行了分析,认为我国单板U型场地滑雪项目教练员的年龄、学历、职称结构较为合理,但教练员队伍整体上欠缺单板U型场地滑雪项目的执教经验;教练员岗位培训次数少,时间较短,内容缺少针对性;教练员的知识结构和基础理论知识需要进一步完善和加强。在分析的基础上,提出了我国单板U型场地滑雪项目教练员队伍的发展对策。

Current Status and Countermeasure on the Coach Team Development of Chinese Half-Pipe Snowboard

With the methods of documentary information, visiting experts, questionnaire and logical analysis, the article has an analysis on the existing development problems after investigating the current status of Chinese half- pipe snowboard coach team. It thinks that there is a well structure of team age, school title and occupational qualification, but there is less professional experience of the whole team in this sports event, it＇s lacking for them to have some more professional training, it＇s necessary to further reinforce their knowledge structure and basic theory. Basing on the analysis, it suggests some countermeasure on developing the coach team of Chinese half-pipe snowboard.
