| 摘 要： | 从教学法层面对速滑选修课教学中的分层升降教学法进行实验研究,探索分层升降教学法在普通高校速滑选修课中应用的可行性及其价值。采用分组教学实验法,对速滑选修课分层升降教学法进行研究。结果表明：实验组与对照组均呈显著差异。运用分层升降教学法进行教学的效果明显优于传统教学法,为普通高校速滑选修课的教学提供参考。

| Abstract: | In order to discuss the feasibility and value of applying the up-down multilevel teaching method in the optional speed skating course in university,with the method of group instruction experiment,the article has an experimental study on the teaching method. The result shows that there is a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group,the up-down multilevel teaching method has better than traditional teaching methods in evidence.
