黑龙江省冰雪体育产业的发展现状与策略

Current Development and Strategy of Ice-snow Sports Industry in Heilongjiang Province

with Chinese sports industries growing quickly,as a key part,the ice-snow sports industry has increasingly become the most promising one of the sunrise industries with the rapid development of social economy and the optimized upgrade of industrial structure,which also puts forward higher request of developing the ice-snow sports industry,that is to ask for a profound reform of ice-snow sports industry’s development mode.After analyzing the current development of ice-snow sports industry in Heilongjiang province,the paper indicates the existing problems such as incomplete system of ice-snow sports laws,behindhand ice-snow sports technology,poor competitions of ice-snow sports,restricted development of ice-snow sports fitness industry,and restraining factors such as imperfect emergency care and safety measures of ice-snow tourism,multiple competitions,lacking idea of market economy,insipid feature,low service quality,poor management personnel.As a reference for developing the ice-snow sports industry in Heilongjiang province,it suggests some countermeasures as follows: develop the system of ice-snow sports laws,reinforce the investment of science and technology to improve the technology of ice-snow sports equipments,promote the ice-snow sports fitness industry and ice-snow tourism.
