普通高校冰上课实施课内外一体化教学模式的实验研究

为了提高普通高校冰上课教学效果和贯彻“健康第一”、“终身体育”的教学理念,在普通高校冰上课中实施课内外一体化教学模式的实验基础上,对教学效果进行了对比研究。结果显示：课内外一体化教学模式有利于提高大学生的速滑成绩、身体素质、健康水平、课余练习的自觉性和综合素质。冰上教学实行课内外一体化教学模式,能够满足不同层次、不同水平、不同兴趣学生的需求,有助于激发学生的创新思维能力,满足学生的个性发展需要,充分体现了“健康第一”的指导思想,体现了终身体育和素质教育追求的目标。冰上课学习评价既注重终结性评价,又注重过程性评价,充分调动了学生学习的积极性和主动性,显著提高冰上课教学质量。

Experimental Research on Applying the In Class and After Class Integration Mode in the Skating Teaching in Universities

For improving the teaching effect in skating class and carrying out the idea of health first and life - long physical education in universities, the article has a contrast analysis on the teaching effect by applying the ＂ in class and after class＂ integration mode in the skating class. The result shows that the teaching mode is help to improve the undergraduates＇skating achievement, physical quality, healthy status, consciousness of exercise after class and general quality and can meet the different demands from different undergraduates. It＇s help to waken the undergraduates＇innovation capacity and advance the personality development. It gives a full expression to the guide idea of health first, life - long physical education and quality - oriented education. The evaluation of learning in skating class is to pay attention to both the achievement and the process. The teaching mode can fully mobilize the undergraduates＇ learning positivity and evidently improve the teaching effect in skating class.
