Constructing the Competition Theory Framework of Speed Skating

The article expatiates the main value and significance in studying the competition theory of speed skating and discusses the essentials and basic laws of speed skating competition in the following aspects: the competition rules and judgement law,the judgers and their work,the main study content,the skaters' adaption and utilization to competition environment,the modernization of competition condition and judgement equipment.Its purpose is to find out the management methods of having a scientific and efficient speed skating competition,the approaches and means for the skaters to get excellent achievement,as a theoretic reference for efficiently having the speed skating competition.
