终身体育观念下学生对冬季体育锻炼价值的认识

现如今的国家教育体制以及社会的大环境都不利于学生们对体育产生正确的认识，不能真正发挥体育的教育功能，使人们对体育存在偏见，导致现阶段学生的身体素质整体下降。为了不断提升学生对冬季体育锻炼价值的认识程度和高度，找出国家现行的教育制度、社会的体育价值观、家长的重视程度、学生本人的体育兴趣、习惯和能力等影响因素，并提出转变观念，发挥政府职能作用；加大社会对体育的关注程度；提升家长对体育锻炼意义和价值的认识高度，营造良好的家庭体育锻炼氛围；提高学生自身运动能力水平，培养学生终身体育锻炼的意识和习惯等提高的具体途径，切实提高学生对冬季体育锻炼价值的认识高度，让学生养成自觉锻炼的习惯，切实增强学生体质，促进学生身心全面健康发展。

Students' Cognization of the Winter Physical Exercise Value in the Idea of Physical Exercise

Nowadays, the national education system and social environment are not conducive to the students having a correct cognization of physical exercise and to really play the function of physical education, which result in people's prejudice against the physical exercise and the current students' overall decline in physical fitness. In order to continuously improve their awareness of winter physical exercise value, the paper firstly finds out the influencing factors such as the present educational system, social values of physical exercise, parental attention, students' interest and habit and ability in physical exercise. It suggests some specific ways: change the concept to play the role of government functions, increase the social attention to physical exercise, enhance the parental awareness of the physical exercise significance and value, give a good family atmosphere of physical exercise, improve the students' sports ability, cultivate the students' consciousness and habit of lifelong physical exercise.
