黑龙江省大众冰雪运动现状与发展策略研究

随着我国经济的不断进步,人民的生活水平不断提高,大众冰雪运动成为了深受广大民众喜爱的运动。大众冰雪运动发展中存在的问题日益得到社会的重视。通过文献资料法、专家访谈法、实地考察法、逻辑分析等方法对黑龙江省大众冰雪运动现状进行分析,指出政府、社会、经济、冰雪运动自身以及滑冰场自身建设等是影响黑龙江省大众冰雪运动发展的因素;提出加大政府引导力度,传递正确的价值导向,采取多种措施营造冰雪文化氛围,引导企业对冰雪产业的多元化投资,形成冰雪产业链,注重整合优势资源,建设大规模高水平运动场地,滑雪场要树立服务为本的理念等发展策略,旨在实现大众冰雪运动的有序、有效开展,建立一个与现代社会相适应的、科学有效的大众冰雪运动管理体制模式,找到适合我国大众冰雪运动的发展策略。

Study on the Status and Developing Strategy of Heilongjiang Provincial Mass Winter Sports

With the unceasing progress of Chinese economy,people＇s living standards continue to be improved,mass winter sports become a popular sport. The society pays more attention to the existing problems in the development of mass winter sports. By analyzing the current situation of Heilongjiang Provincial mass winter sports with documents,experts interview,field investigation and logic analysis, this paper points out that the government,society,economy,winter sports and skating rink construction influence the development of Heilongjiang provincial mass winter sports;Put forward to strengthen government guidance,transfer right value orientation, take various measures to create the atmosphere of ice and snow culture,guide enterprises diversification on ice and snow industry,forming industrial chain,focus on the integration of advantageous resources,large-scale construction of high-level sports venues,ski resorts should set up the developing strategies which are based on service,in order to realize the development of mass winter sports orderly and effectively,establish a scientific and effective mass winter sports managing system which fits the modern society,finding out the suitable developing strategy for Chinese mass winter sports.
