| 摘 要： | 通过对美国、英国和日本3种不同管理组织体制国家城市体育体闲服务组织体系的分析，表明3国都基本形成了政府、非营利组织舜口企业合作发展的城市体育休闲服务组织体系。虽然组织间的关系、不同组织的地位和作用有所不同，但都重视政府在体育体闲发展中的宏观主导作用，以厦扶持和培育非营利组织服务提供者的主体地位和企业服务组织的多元化发展趋势。

| Abstract: | As an urban mass culture of industrial civilization times, leisure sports in western developed countries has become one kind of organizational social practice in the process of market economic development. Through analyzing service and organization system of urban leisure sports of three different managements among America,Britain and Japan, this paper finally found out the basic formation of three countries. Although the relation and status of organizations has some different, the attention of government on leisure sports played an important role. It has certain reference on constructing our urban leisure sports service system through studying the condition and development of service system of western countries. |
