浙苏皖赣鲁农民享有基本体育服务现状调查与对策研究

为全面了解广大农民开展全民健身活动享有基本体育服务的情况，以浙、苏、皖、赣、鲁5省部分农村、农民为研究对象，采用文献资料调研、问卷调查、访问调查及逻辑分析等方法，从3个不同的层面，分别对乡镇、行政村为农民提供基本体育服务以及农民享有基本体育服务的现状进行了广泛的社会调查，并对调查结果进行了分析与研究。针对农村开展全民健身活动中存在的主要问题，提出要使广大农民享有基本的体育服务，政府需要为处于弱势地位的农村提供更多的保障，加大对村级体育扶持和帮助的力度，在人、财、物等方面优先为行政村开展全民健身活动提供必要的条件等对策与建议。

Investigation on Current Situation and Countermeasures of Farmers Enjoying the Basic Sport Service in Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Anhui, Jiangxi and Shandong

In order to make comprehensively understand the condition of farmers enjoying the basic sport service in developing the national fitness activity,taking the farmers in some towns in Zhejiang, Jiansu,Anhui, Jiangxi and Shandong as research subjects, and using the method of literature ,questionnaire ,interview and logical analysis ,this paper makes social investigation on current situation of farmers enjoying the basic sport service provided by villages and towns. Based on existing problems in national fitness program, the author put forwards that farmers should enjoy the basic sport service, give more support on disadvantage rural areas by government and priority to provide the necessary condition in developing the national fitness program at the aspects of manpower ,financial and material resource in administrative villages.
