| 摘 要： | 城市居住社区的体育场地、设施是居民开展体育锻炼活动必不可少的条件。提供老百姓身边的体育场地设施实现体育共享,就成为实现人的体育权利和全面发展、社会公平正义和社会分配的最浅显易懂的伦理诉求。研究认为,从非竞争性和非排他性二元消费属性来解释城市居住社区体育场地、设施供给并不能令人信服。在参考已有文献的基础上,可以认定居住社区体育场地、设施的身份是既有公益属性又有私人物品属性的特殊公共物品。在此基础上,进一步对城市居住社区体育场地、设施供给的必然与合理性进行探讨,并确定城市居住社区体育场地、设施供给主体、生产模式及制度安排。最后,从需求和生产可能性等角度构建了判别城市居住社区体育场地、设施供给的适度规模模型。
