| 澳大利亚高水平运动员培养体制调查研究 | |

| 摘 要： | 主要采用了实地调查访谈及文献资料调研等方法，对澳大利亚优秀运动员的培养体制进行了的研究。研究认为，澳大利亚在优秀运动员的培养方面主要采用了政府和社会相结合的模式，尤其是各级政府在对培养优秀运动员方面采取了弹性政策，充分利用市场机制培养高水平运动员。这种模式经过第27届悉尼奥运会验证是成功的。在北京取得2008年第29届奥运会举办权之际，澳大利亚培养高水平运动员的经验值得我们学习和借鉴。 |

| Abstract: | By using the method of documentary and interview investigation,this paper studies the cultivating system of Australia elite players.The result shows that Australia primarily utilizes the combination mode of government and society to develop elite players,especially,the different level government adopts corresponding flexible policy,and fully makes use of the market mechanism to cultivate elite players.This mode proves to be successful in 2000 Sydney Olympic Games.At 2008 Beijing Olympic Games,the experiences of cultivating elite players of Australia are worthy of use for our reference. |
