老龄雄性大鼠血T水平与睾丸组织SOD活性的相关性研究

摘    要:采用实验方法,研究老龄雄性大鼠血睾酮(T)水平、睾丸组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性与衰老的关系,有氧运动对老龄大鼠血T、睾丸组织SOD的影响及血T水平与睾丸组织SOD活性之间的相互关系,探讨有氧运动延缓衰老的机制。结果显示:LC组大鼠睾丸组织SOD活性明显降低,MDA含量增高,血T水平下降,有氧运动在一定程度上可使上述变化逆转。结论认为:大鼠机体衰老进程中血睾酮水平与睾丸组织SOD活性呈正相关,有氧游泳运动是延缓衰老的有效手段。

Abstract:This paper investigates the correlation between the concentration of serum testosterone and SOD activity in testis organization in the process of being decrepitude,finds out the anti-decrepitude mechanism of exercise of aerobic metabolism.There are three SD male rats groups:8 rats for young sedentary control group (QC),8 rats for elder sedentary control group,8 rats for elder training group (LT).LT group trains for 8 weeks,another two groups are free.At end of 8th week,all of rats are sacrificed to measure the concentration of serum testosterone and SOD activity in testis organization.The result shows that the concentration of serum testosterone and SOD activity in testis organization in LT group decreases remarkably,but exercise of aerobic metabolism can oppose it.There is positive correlation between concentration of serum testosterone and SOD activity in testis organization and exercise of aerobic metabolism has anti-decrepitude function.
