| 摘 要： | 通过对西北5所高校部分学生进行问卷调查了解到，西北普通高校体育教学中教学内容、课程设置、硬件设施以及师资队伍建设状况还达不到高校体育教学的预期效果。找出影响西北普通高校体育教学质量的主要因素，并在此基础上提出：体育教学应以终身体育为指导思想，培养能力为目标；课程设置是体育教学改革的具体实施；场地设施及师资队伍建设是体育教学改革的有力保证。

| Abstract: | By using the method of random sample on 5 universities in northwest of China,this paper makes clear on condition of teaching content,curriculum setting,hardware facilities and teachers.The result shows that it cannot reach anticipate effect of physical education teaching.Based on it,the author finds out main factors influencing quality of physical education in universities.Physical education should base on aim of lifelong,curricular setting are physical education reform implementation,sports facilities and teachers are the guarantee of this reform. |
