中国经济欠发达地区学校培养竞技体育后备人才的研究

运用政治学、经济学、社会学等多学科的理论方法,从区域角度对中国学校竞技体育后备人才培养问题进行研究。以经济欠发达地区各方面特征和这一地区体育事业发展的自身特点为切入点,多角度、深层次剖析了欠发达地区学校培养体育后备人才的现状及其制约因素,并结合生动具体的个案分析,揭示了欠发达地区学校体育后备人才的成功之路,提出并论证了社会转型和体育改革背景中经济欠发达地区农村运动训练后备人才的科学培养途径。初步建立了一个比较完整的区域培养竞技体育后备人才的理论框架,较为系统地分析和描述了欠发达地区学校培养体育后备人才的实践体系。

Study on Sports Talented Training in the Schools in the Underdeveloped Regions of China

Through using the method of multi-discipline theory such as politics,economics and sociology,this paper studied the sports talented training in Chinese schools from the points of regions.Based on self-character and sports business development of underdeveloped regions,the author deeply analyzed the current condition and restricted factors of sports talented training,pointed out the way to success for underdeveloped regions,put forwarded the training method under the social transition and sports reform background.It set up an intact theoretical framework of sports talented training,systematical analyzed the practical system of sports talented training in underdeveloped regions.
