| 摘 要： | 从城市社区规划和健康住宅功能的角度，基于实地调查、资料收集和比较研究，认为我国城市居民住宅区体育设施的规划不能满足日益增长的大众体育活动需求。住宅区规划建设时，应规划与现代社会发展需要相匹配的体育设施；政府应明确公共体育设施的投资主体是各级政府，住宅区体育设施应以立法保障其配置标准。住宅开发商则应注意体育设施功能的多样性和受益大众化。

| Abstract: | From the points of on-the-spot investigation,information collection and comparative research,the author thinks that sports facilities in city residential area doesn't meet the public increasing needs for sports activities.When constructing residential quarters,it should be fit with certain sports facilities matching to the need of social development.Government should make clear that main part of investment is all levels government.Sports facilities in residential area should be made laws to guarantee the standard.Developer should ensure that sports facilities are diversified in function and popular to public. |
