| 摘 要： | 为了理清休闲对当前我国社区体育的发展影响,采用文献综述法,在查阅大量国内外相关文献基础上,探讨休闲时代的来临与人们生活方式的变革对我国社区体育发展的影响。结果表明：生活方式的变化使社区体育的传统功能凸现不足,生活方式的变化给社区体育发展带来的挑战和机遇,休闲娱乐化是当前我国社区体育的发展方向。

| Abstract: | In the time of the coming of leisure time and the transformation of life styles,the development of community sports is facing new challenges and opportunities.Being a phenomenon in some urban areas,community sports undoubtedly grow under the influence of social and economic development.The essay puts forward some new thoughts of developing community sports on the view of the transformation of life styles. |
