| 摘 要： | 为了提高运动生物力学的教学效果，通过文献资料法、对比分析法，对实验计算法在运动生物力学教学中的应用进行研究。结果表明：实验计算法能发挥学生学习的主动性，激发学生的求知欲；有效促进学生掌握运动生物力学知识和运动技术规律；培养了学生发现问题、分析问题、解决问题的能力；有利于教师及时获得学生学习信息，便于教师在教学中把握目标，控制教学过程。
